ConnectionForce does not share, trade, give or sell your information to third parties for their sole promotional reasons.
ConnectionForce collects and retains contact information from you as a visitor or client only if you voluntarily supply us with this information. You may volunteer us this information by filling out our “Contact Us” web form or by becoming a customer, including your street address, telephone number, cell number, e-mail address or other information to access protected information on our Web site or so we can follow up with you after your visit. By voluntarily providing us your information you consent to our collection and use of your personally identifiable information as described in this privacy statement.
ConnectionForce customers use our services to host company and vendor data and information. We will not share, distribute, use or reference any customer data except as provide in the ConnectionForce User Agreement, or as may be required by law. We reserve the right to access user data and account information for the purposes of customer service, support services, fixing user interface problems or suspected violations of the ConnectionForce User Agreement. You, the customer, are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your company code passwords and other information.
By choosing to use our referral service to refer a business or vendor to our site, we will ask you for that business’ or vendor’s name and email address. ConnectionForce will send your referral an email up to three times maximum over 30 days inviting them to visit our site. We keep this information only for sending this invitation email and tracking the success of our referral process.
Your referral may contact us at email@example.com to request that we remove this information from our database.
ConnectionForce may use customer information for marketing purposes. For example, we may information you voluntarily provide to offer information on special promotions, new products or our partners.
We will collect information on account usage, time on site, number of appointment requests submitted and accepted or denied, and number of Request – For – Proposals submitted and accepted.
ConnectionForce uses credit card information solely to collect payment for services. We do not store your financial information on our servers except for the name and address of the cardholder and the last four digits of the Credit Card number submitted for payment. With your prior consent your credit card information will be stored and encrypted on secure servers of our reputed Payment Gateway Service Provider.
We reserve the right to store or transfer your account data inside and outside of the United States to backup servers to prevent loss of your data due to system failures. Your usage of ConnectionForce’s services allows us this right. Even though we take significant actions to delete all of your account information and data after you cancel your account, some or all of your data may remain on our servers. We assure you that your account details and data stored will not be accessible or disclosed to anyone. We will never disclose your personal identifying information for targeted marketing services. We will however, compile your account information into group demographic statistics compared across all of our customers to manage trends and develop a deeper customer experience.
ConnectionForce in good faith that such action is necessary may disclose information in special cases: (a) act to protect the interests of our visitors, users, or others; (b) enforce ConnectionForce’s User Agreement; (c) defend and protect our property or rights or (d) comply with legal requirements or the legal process.
Online Forums, Blogs and Testimonials
ConnectionForce may provide public chat rooms, blogs or bulletin boards on our web site. If you post personal information please be aware that your posting will be public for all viewers, inside and outside of ConnectionForce.com to see. Even though these online discussion forums are moderated we do not guarantee the information you post will be secure or used to send you unsolicited messages.
We do not recommend any visitor or user post personal information on our public forums period. We do guarantee we will not use the information you provide beyond the purpose for which you intended it. Any information or comments posted by an individual do not reflect the beliefs or opinions of ConnectionForce but only of the individual submitting the post, this includes but is not limited ConnectionForce’s own employees or ex-employees, board members, investors or corporate officers.
ConnectionForce.com posts customer testimonials with name, title and business names only at the customer’s consent prior to the posting on our web site.
ConnectionForce adopts industry standard security measures to protect the confidentiality and security of all data. However, we realize the security of information transferred or transmitted through the Internet and Internet Service Providers cannot be guaranteed. Because of factors beyond ConnectionForce’s control, we are not responsible for any interruption or interception of any communications through the Internet or Internet Service Providers including changes to or loss of data.
Users or visitors of our site are solely responsible for maintaining the security of all passwords or the authentication of a replacement password. To protect you and your data, ConnectionForce reserves the right to cancel or suspend your account without notice to investigate any suspected breach of security. Access to and use of secured areas of our site that are password protected is restricted to authorized users only, pursuant to the ConnectionForce User Agreement. We reserve the right to criminally prosecute unauthorized access as theft of services.

Updating and Maintaining Your Account Information
It is the responsibility of the customer to update and maintain accurate account information including but not limited to address, phone numbers and email addresses. ConnectionForce is not liable for any loss or gain of business due to inaccurate account information, contact information or data. Customers can update their account and contact information at any time using the user “dashboard” account profile link after they log in to the secure server side of our web site.
